What's all included?
2 or 3 BEDROOM SUITE: Live like royalty in your tropical suite featuring a master bedroom with sliding doors that open to a living room with a double pull out sofa bed. One or two additional bedrooms are furnished with two double beds or a king size bed. Each suite has a full kitchen, 24 hour room service, living room and dining table. Upgrade your experience to a Penthouse and enjoy a private rooftop terrace with a hot tub, BBQ, dining table, Bali bed and chaise lounge chairs. We can put up to 6 adults in a 2 Bedroom and 8 adults in a 3 Bedroom.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION: We know you'll be excited to get to the resort to start your vacation! We've coordinated airport transportation services for you with our most trusted partners in the Riviera Maya. We will have a driver at the airport waiting for you when you land. Grab a drink and relax while you are escorted about 45 minutes away to the resort. This is the perfect way to begin and end your vacation experience. We will collect your flight information a few weeks prior to travel.

Important Information
PASSPORTS
A valid passport is required for all travelers. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after you return home.
AIRPORT
When you book your flights, be sure you are flying into the Cancun airport, code CUN.
FLIGHTS
Flights are not included with our room block. Usually the best time to book a flight is 5-6 months prior to travel when all airlines have their schedules available. We recommend using Google Flights to research fares, but then book directly with the airline you're flying with. This will ensure you the best airfare. Fares are the same everywhere, but you'll get much better service working with the airline instead of Orbitz, Expedia or Cheap Tickets. Remember to also check www.Southwest.com as their flights only show up on their own website. We will need your flight schedule by October 1 to ensure proper transfer coordination.
DEPOSIT
The deposit to book is $200 per person, plus the cost of Cancel Insurance if accepted.
FINAL PAYMENT DATE
Rooms must be booked and paid in full by August 15, 2021. This lets us know who is coming so we put the finishing touches on your Girlfriends Getaway experience. Missed the deadline? That’s ok, it happens. Please still book your room here and we will work on confirming for the room for you, however, inventory and group rates will be subject to availability.
DATES
We're holding November 5-14, 2021. You may schedule your getaway for any nights within this date range. If you need a few dates outside of this range, please ask! Remember, there is a 3 night minimum stay.
RATES
Rates are per person and are based on the number of adults sharing the room. The rates are also based on room category. You can find room descriptions on the "Rooms" tab. For example, 6 adults sharing a Two Bedroom Resort Residence for 4 nights would multiply $126 by 4 nights to get a price of $504 per adult. The total cost of this room would be $3024. Rooms are priced "Per Person" because the resort is all-inclusive. Prices include all meals, snacks, drinks, entertainment, airport transfers and taxes. Rates are valid for all guests holding a US passport.

CANCEL INSURANCE
Accepting Cancel Insurance allows you to cancel your trip prior to departure for any reason. Simply call us or the number in your travel documents at any time prior to the day of departure to confirm your cancellation and receive a complete refund, minus the cost of the insurance. Once the Cancel Insurance policy is purchased, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Cancel Insurance is only available at the time of deposit. If you decline Cancel Insurance when making your initial reservation, you will not be able to add it later. The cost of the Cancel Insurance is $99 per person and is 100% non-refundable. Should you need to cancel, you'll receive a refund of everything paid except the $99. |
